Purpose:
We process your data in order to display relevant rental properties to you.
Legal basis:

Your data will be stored until you withdraw your consent to receive information.

Ongoingadministration of tenancy
Personal data:
Name, contact details, household, warnings, notices and termination or cancellation related to the tenancy, death, rent level, subletting, payment defaults, bank account details, heating and water consumption and other possible consumption data.
Purpose:
We process your data for the purpose of entering into a tenancy, administering your ongoing tenancy and in the event of termination of the tenancy.
Legal basis:
Performance of contract, under GDPR Art. 6.1.b.
Retention period:
Your data will be stored for as long as you are a tenant of Juli Living and thereafter until any claims related to the tenancy are time-barred.
Treatment activity:
Prevention of money laundering
Personal data:
Name, social security number and identification.
Purpose:
We process your data in order to fulfill our obligations under the Money Laundering Act.
Legal basis:
Consent of you as data subject, according to GDPR art. 6.1.a.
Retention period:
Your data will be stored for as long as you are a tenant of Juli Living and then for 5 years after the end of the tenancy.
Processing activity:
Credit assessment
Personal data:
Name and social security number.
Purpose:
We process your data for the purpose of assessing your creditworthiness before concluding a rental agreement.
Legal basis:
Consent of you as data subject, according to GDPR art. 6.1.a.
Retention period:
Your data will be deleted after we have completed the credit assessment of you as a tenant.
Processing activity:
Sale of real estate
Personal data:
Address, rent level, subletting, payment defaults and heating and water consumption and other possible consumption data.
Purpose:
We process your data in connection with the sale of the property, when a buyer needs to conduct a due diligence of the property.
A potential buyer will be subject to confidentiality in connection with their due diligence of the property.
Legal basis:
Legitimate interests, according to GDPR art. 6.1.f.
Retention period:
Your data will be deleted immediately after completion of due diligence.
Treatment activity:
App use
Personal data:
Name, e-mail and apartment number.
Purpose:
We process your data for the purpose of providing the App to you.
Legal basis:
Legitimate interests, according to GDPR art. 6.1.f.
Retention period:
Your data will be deleted when you request it.
Processing activity:
Electricity consumption
Personal data:
Address and electricity consumption.
Purpose:
We process your data for the purpose of applying for sustainability certification of the property.
Legal basis:
Consent of you as data subject, according to GDPR art. 6.1.a.

Your data will be deleted when you withdraw your consent.

We receive most of the personal data from you, the data subject, but we also receive data from credit rating agencies.4. Transfer of personal data to processors
We transfer personal data to our data processors who assist us with the administration of the ongoing tenancy. In addition, NREP A/S and their data processors, including other companies in the NREP group, have access to the personal data. We do not transfer personal data to recipients outside the EU/EEA.5. storage period
We will retain your personal data for as long as it is necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy. Please refer to the table in section 2 for information on the retention periods relevant for different types of personal data.
