Slagsta Strand is a new neighborhood that is growing up right next to cozy Slagsta Marina.
We are planning three blocks in the area, framed by greenery and with sparkling Lake Mälaren right outside the door. Here we bring people closer together in a safe and inclusive neighborhood.
The new district is growing in a brilliant location near the lake. Slagsta Beach front. Already today the area is bustling with life and activity. It is a meeting place for residents, boaters, camping guests and families with children who want to eat well at the harbor restaurant, take a swim at the sandy beach and swing their clubs on the mini golf course.
Slagsta is currently undergoing a major expansion with even more housing, retail, services, and a new preschool. The heart of the area will be the new neighborhood park with activities for everyone. In the new Slagsta strand, 599 homes are now being produced in sizes 1-4 RoK of 24.5-92.5 sqm.
The homes are well designed and thought out down to the smallest square meter. The vast majority have balconies, with or without lake views, or private patios facing the courtyard.
The hall has tiles and the rest of the apartment has oak parquet throughout.
The kitchen from Marbodal has a tiled splashback, dishwasher, built-in microwave, glass ceramic hob and hot air oven and is equipped with appliances from Siemens and Bosch.
The bathroom is fully tiled with glass shower walls, heated towel rail and washing machine and dryer (or combination machine).
