The apartments are of a consistently high standard, featuring light-colored finishes that create a modern and inviting atmosphere. All units feature 3-strip oak parquet flooring in every room except the bathrooms, which lends a warm and cozy ambiance. The walls and ceilings are painted in light colors, and the interior doors are smooth and white. Most apartments also have a balcony or patio.
Kitchens The kitchens feature smooth cabinet doors with stainless steel handles and laminate countertops. The backsplash is made of white tile. The appliances are modern and include an induction cooktop, convection oven, fridge-freezer (in 1–2-room apartments), dishwasher (45 cm in 1–2-room apartments), and a space reserved for a microwave. The range hood is built into the cabinets, and the lighting consists of LED spotlights under the upper cabinets and ceiling fixtures.
Bathrooms and Laundry
