Wooden modular houses are used to achieve a reduced carbon footprint in the production phase. We also combine geothermal heating, solar collectors and photovoltaics to achieve net zero energy consumption, which means that the buildings will generate as much energy as they consume in a year.

In the beautiful Slottsby area, we have 98 Nordic Swan Ecolabeled rental homes with proximity to nature, lake and history. The area is close to Steninge Castle and has green areas, swimming area and school within walking and cycling distance. The property is a net-zero project with solar energy and smart technology.
